You Can BYO Dog To This Music Festival

The 'Coachella for dogs' is back for its fifth consecutive year as Melbourne's original and most popular dog-friendly music festival.

If you like music, dogs, food trucks and more dogs then listen up: You can bring your four-legged friend (or someone else's) to Dogapalooza free of charge.

But get your tickets quick because the event has sold out every year since its inception in 2015.

If you're feeling special you can opt for a VIP ticket and get your very own fenced off area directly opposite the stage, with your own toilets to avoid queues, and a VIP 'Swag Bag' filled with dog-related treats.

Dogapalooza has fenced off sections for off-lead playtime, where dogs can mingle, wag their tails and sniff each other's nether regions to their heart's content.

The proceeds of the event will benefit animal organisations, including Oscar's Law, Puppy Tails, Melbourne Animal Rescue, Kayas Mission and Stafford Rescue.

To keep punters entertained there'll be live music, food trucks, bars, and even a dog kissing booth for the romantics out there.

Dogapalooza will be held on Sunday, November 10 from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm at Burnley Park.

Tickets are available here.
