Body Of Perth Man Lost In WA Outback Found By Search Crew
The search for a 33-year-old man in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region has ended in tragedy after his body was found in bushland.
Matthew Shane Boyd was travelling with a friend near Lake Moore when their car became bogged and they walked in separate directions on October 16.
The friend was found in farmland in Dalwallinu, then the vehicle was recovered on Saturday in scrubland near Carlyarn Nature Reserve.
A search team found Mr Boyd's body on Thursday morning and police said a report would be prepared for the coroner.
