X-Rated Photo Accidentally Uploaded To Real Estate Listing

A real estate agent appears to have accidentally uploaded a nude photo of himself engaged in a sex act to a property listing.

A photo of the estate agent -- whom 10 daily has chosen not to name -- receiving fellatio from an unidentified woman appeared in the photos of a property in Nashville, Tennessee.

The woman's genitals were clearly visible in the photo. The estate agent is holding his phone, taking a photo of a reflection in the mirror.

It's not clear how the photo was uploaded to the listing for 137 Saxon Mist Dr, but when approached by local news organisation Scoop Nashville, the estate agent didn't deny it. He also threatened a lawsuit if the story was published.

The man's company, Benchmark Realty, told Scoop Nashville that all agents are independent contractors, rather than direct employees.

The photo does not appear to be taken at the four-bed, two-bath, US $399,000 property, which is still on the market.

In February, a listing for a suburban Philadelphia home went viral for including images of the property's sex dungeon. The listing included images of a well-presented four-bedroom home, which took a kinky twist with the fully-equipped sex room in the basement.

Neighbours were furious with realtor Melissa Leonard, but she sold the property a month later.
