Man Arrested For Throwing Ham At His Partner During Christmas Argument

The couple got into an argument about what was being served for Christmas dinner.

David D. Brannon was arrested on Sunday night after he allegedly threw ham at his partner.

Police were alerted to the domestic dispute and arrested the Kentucky man nearly 3 kilomtres from his house after he fled the scene.

Laurel County Sheriff's Office said Brannon began throwing items at the female victim during an argument about Christmas.

"An investigation was conducted by deputies who learned that an assault allegedly occurred following an argument over what day the family was having Christmas dinner when this individual began throwing items at the female victim including the ham for the dinner," it said.

Police found several items on the floor when they searched the house.

He has been charged with assault and evading police.
