Fiancee Of Lion Air Crash Victim Takes Wedding Photos Alone
An Indonesian woman whose fiance died on board the ill-fated Lion Air flight has taken her wedding pictures alone.
Intan Syari and Rio Nanda Pratama, both 26, were set to be married on November 11.
Pratama however, lost his life on October 29 when JT610 crashed into the Java Sea killing all 189 people on board.
Syari said she wanted to fulfill the couple's last wish together and so she posed for photos in her wedding gown and ring without her fiance.
She told the BBC her fiance jokingly said that if he didn't make it back from his trip in time for the wedding that she should take the wedding photos and send them to him.
"Even though I feel grief that I cannot describe, I still have to smile for you," the woman wrote on Instagram.
"I cannot be sad but should be strong like you always told me to be."

In an earlier Instagram post, Syari said that she had known her fiance for 13 years, having met in middle school and that he was her first love.
The pair had decided on clothing for the wedding and the details for the photo shoot just a few weeks before the plane crash.
