After 23 gruelling rounds, it comes down to this.

The Geelong Cats have come out on top of the ladder.

They'll be joined by the Brisbane Lions and Richmond, who were still vying to determine their place on the ladder late on Sunday afternoon before securing a third-place ranking with a Round 23 win.

Collingwood and the West Coast Eagles have also made it into the Top 8, alongside GWS Giants, the Western Bulldogs and Essendon.
