Gymnast Becomes First Person In History To Perform Unbelievable Move
Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles backflipped her way into history.
Biles became the first gymnast in history to attempt and successfully land a double-twisting, double somersault dismount from the balance beam at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Missouri.
You've got to see it to believe it.
Biles has reportedly been practising the move for over five years. She executed the epic double-flip during her final event at the championships. After toping the table, Biles is one step closer to securing her sixth national title.
The final round of the U.S. Gymnastics Championships gets underway on Monday.
At the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Biles won gold in individual all-around, vault and floor. She won bronze for the beam. She was also part of the gold medal-winning gymnastics team.
