Labor Still On Track To Win Election: Latest Newspoll

Labor is still on track to win power in Saturday's federal election, leading 51-to-49 percent on a two-party preferred basis.

The latest Newspoll in The Australian also shows the coalition's primary vote has risen to 39 percent and Labor's to 37 percent.

Opposition leader Bill Shorten's personal approval rating is up three points to 38 percent, while Prime Minister Scott Morrison's has dropped slightly to 45 percent.

Meanwhile, 17 percent of voters are undecided.
