Shorten Speaks Of He Who Should Not Be Named
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten gets cheeky in radio interview.
If last week's Lib Spill were a movie Peter Dutton would be played by Voldemort, according to Opposition Leader Bill Shorten.
Shorten made the comparison between the Home Affairs Minister and the Dark Lord during an appearance on the 96FM Perth Breakfast Show on Thursday morning.
When asked by hosts Paul and Lise who would play Dutton in a Lib Spill movie, Shorten cashed in on a joke that has been making the rounds on social media.
“Well, they say he’s got a humorous side… I haven’t seen it. I don’t know… Voldemort?” he said.

The jokes didn't end there, with Shorten cheekily taking a swipe at the latest au pair dramas surrounding Dutton, when asked if he had a slogan for the up-coming election.
"Stop the au pairs," Shorten answered.
Dutton is clearly not Shorten's favourite person, because he said would rather sit next to Barnaby Joyce on a 17 hour flight.
And he also believes he could take down Scott Morrison in the UFC Octagon.
"His team will tear him down before he gets there," Shorten said.
