WATCH: These Fabulous Aussie Senior Citizens Doing The Git Up Challenge

Mavis is 104 years young and she's clearly still got the moves.

The Git Up Challenge has truly arrived at Warrina Aged Care in Victoria.

It was made famous on Gen Z video-sharing app Tik Tok, and now the older generations want a piece.

The centre's Director of Nursing Tara Chandrasegran said the inspiration to make the video came from her wanting to show not all aged care facilities were bad.

"There are so many negative things in the media at the moment around aged care," she said.

"People think aged care is the end. But it doesn’t have to be, it can be a new chapter. We hope this video highlights this."

The facility in New Gisborne has a red carpet screening planned for the stars of the video, which all 46 residents are looking forward to.

"The residents are all so excited and are keeping everything crossed that we make the news!"

And a very special shout out to Mavis - she is 104 years young and still got the moves.
