The beloved French Bulldog of Neighbours star Matty Wilson has been found outside a hardware store, more than a day after she was reported missing from north-east Melbourne.
Wilson shared the good news via Instagram on Saturday and thanked people for their support in helping find Timba.
It's understood she was located not far from where she was last seen out the front of Chirnside Park Officeworks in Melbourne.
"Whoever had her, seemed to be spooked by all the social media attention and left her at a hardware store," Wilson said on Saturday.
"She will be back with us soon. Couldn’t have done this without everyone’s support and contribution."
Speaking to ten daily on Friday, Matty, who was also offering a reward to help find Timba, said, “We never usually leave her anywhere, but she was tied up out the front of Officeworks for about 12 minutes and when we came back she was gone."
His plea sparked an outpouring of support on social media, with hundreds sharing photos of Timba in the hope of finding her.
Victoria Police have also released a statement confirming the one-year-old pup had been found and thanking the public and media for their assistance in locating her.
Police are still investigating the alleged theft and are continuing to urge anyone with information to come forward.
