Couple Caught Allegedly Having Sex Near Primary School
A couple has been arrested after allegedly performing a 'sexual act' in a park as children arrived at a nearby primary school in Sydney's inner-west.
Police were called to Weekley Park, in Stanmore, on Monday morning after they said the man and the woman, 39 and 31, were spotted allegedly having sex.
The park is near St Michael's Catholic Primary School.
Police said a number of parents and children were in or near the park at the time, as school was starting.
Officers allegedly found methamphetamine and cannabis when they searched the man, who was charged with wilful and obscene behaviour, offensive conduct and possessing prohibited drugs.
The woman was charged with offensive behaviour and was granted bail to appear in court on March 12. The man will front court on February 24.
