Police Release CCTV Footage To Solve Two-Year-Old Suspicious Death

Police are appealing to the public for fresh information over the death of a man in May 2017.

At about 11.30am on Sunday May 7, paramedics were called to a hotel in Potts Point in Sydney's east. They found a 33-year-old man who was unable to be revived. He later died.

It's believed the man died from a drug overdose and his death is being treated as suspicious.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the man's death. It's believed he died sometime between 4.30am and 7.30am on the morning in question. There were a number of people visiting the hotel room during this time.

Now, police have released CCTV footage of two people who they believe could help them with their investigation.

One of the men is of Caucasian appearance with a thin build and wearing a grey singlet. The second man is seen wearing white shorts, a black jacket and white sneakers.

Police are uring the men in the footage to come forward.
