Man Charged Over Crash That Killed Pregnant Woman And Her Unborn Twins
An allegedly unlicensed driver has been charged with manslaughter over the horror crash that killed expectant mum Katherine Hoang and her sister-in-law Anh Hoang in Orchard Hills, Sydney.
A 29-year-old man has been charged with two counts of manslaughter after he was allegedly involved in a car crash that claimed the lives of a Anh, 17, and Katherine, 23, and her unborn twins.
He has also been charged with aggravated dangerous driving, negligent driving, causing bodily harm by misconduct and driving with an expired licence.
The 29-year-old man remains in Westmead Hospital in a stable condition under police guard.
Katherine's husband Bronco, who was in the car when the women were killed, is also in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
The 29-year-old man is due to face Parramatta Court via a bedside hearing.
