Court Releases Never Before Seen Photos Of Alleged Claremont Serial Killer
On the third day of the trial over the alleged Claremont serial killings, never before seen photos of the man who stands accused of murdering three young women in Perth in the mid-1990s have been released by the court.
The photographs show alleged serial killer Bradley Robert Edwards as a young man in the 1990s.
The series of images released by the court on Wednesday include photos of Edwards sitting onboard a boat, a second of him cuddling with a dog, another standing with a horse.
Edwards stands accused of murdering secretary Sarah Spiers, 18, childcare worker Jane Rimmer, 23, and lawyer Ciara Glennon, 27, after abducting or luring them into his work car at night in 1996 and 1997.
His trial in Western Australia's Supreme Court began this week and on Wednesday his ex-wife, whose identity has been suppressed, was the first witness to give evidence.
The trial is expected to run for six months.
Edwards has always maintained his innocence.
