Brawl Breaks Out At Showbag Stand At Adelaide Show

Mobile phone vision has captured a fight that erupted at a showbag stand at Adelaide's Royal Show on Thursday.

Up to eight people appear to be involved, as the contents of one showbag are strewn over the floor.

At one point, a woman has her head slammed into the ground by another, as onlookers stand back in shock.

Another appears to use a showbag to lash out at a woman on the ground.

Patrons can be seen rushing in to try and break up the fight. It's unclear what caused the brawl to break out.

Witnesses have told 10 daily two of the girls were throwing punches, pulling each other's hair, and one had coffee thrown at her.

One said they saw one victim with blood coming from her face.

Show management said they're aware of the incident and have issued a stern reminder to patrons that violent behaviour at the event won't be tolerated.

"This type of behaviour is not condoned at the Royal Adelaide Show and expect to be evicted from the Showground if you do partake in such behaviour, the Show is a family-friendly event," director Michelle Hocking said.
