Missing Bushwalker Who Called For Help Found Safe And Well

A bushwalker who went missing in Heathcote National Park in Sydney's southern outskirts has been found at an inner-city home.

The woman, believed to be a Chinese national, called Triple Zero about 6pm on Friday to report herself lost, sparking a search.

Early on Saturday afternoon, police went to a home in Kensington, where the 25-year-old was located.

NSW Police found the woman when they "pinged" her phone, which had been turned back on, a spokeswoman said.
