The first reported case of contaminated strawberries has hit New Zealand, with supermarket Countdown reporting a punnet of strawberries found with needles in them. It comes amid more than 100 reported cases of needles found in fruit across Australia.

Australian filmmaker James Ricketson has landed on home soil just days after being given a royal pardon by King Norodom Sihamoni.
