Brekky Wrap: Mother Charged With Murder After Young Children Found Hanging In Basement

All the news you need to know this Tuesday.

A mother of three has been charged after her two children were found hanging at their Pennsylvania home.

Lisa Snyder, 36, was arrested in Albany Township on Monday two months after Conner, 8, and Brinley, 4, were found hanging from the same dog leash, unresponsive, in the basement.

Both were rushed to hospital and placed on life support but died three days later.

Snyder allegedly told police Connor was bullied and committed suicide, taking his sister with him. But investigators allegedly found Google searches such as "carbon monoxide how long to die" and "hanging yourself" on Snyders devices.

"I don't know there is any explanation for her behavior at all. I don't think I can stand up here, nor anyone, and explain the horrific loss of two innocent children's lives," District Attorney John Adams said.
