Tragic Final Message From Fourth Victim Of NSW Bushfires
A fourth person who was found dead in bushfires ravaging NSW has been named as Barry Parsons.
The 58-year-old's body was discovered northwest of Kempsey on the state's mid-north coast.
Parsons had not been seen since Friday, but just before midnight on Wednesday, his body was found in bushland on the southern end of the Kyuna Track at Willawarrin. It is believed he resided in a shed nearby.
His final Facebook post reveals that he was worried and alone on Friday before he disappeared.
"Seriously looks and sounds like an apocalyse [sic] out there. Fucked up being on your own in these times," Parsons said in the post.
A post mortem will be conducted to determine how Parsons died.
His death comes after the deaths of Julie Fletcher, who died in Johns River on Saturday, and Vivian Chaplain and George Nole of Wytaliba.
