Toddler Rushed To Hospital After Being Struck By Car In Driveway
A toddler has been struck by a car in the driveway of a Gold Coast home.
Emergency services were called to Elevation Drive in Wongawallan just before 6.30 Thursday morning.
The boy, believed to be about two years old, suffered leg, shoulder and facial injuries.
He was treated at the scene by the specialist High Acuity Response Unit and critical care paramedics, before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital under lights and sirens, Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed to 10 daily.
He remains in a serious but stable condition.
Nobody else was injured.
