Brekky Wrap: Delivery Driver Steals Family Dog, Lists It Online For $100

All the news you need to know this Tuesday.

A delivery driver has allegedly stolen a family's dog in Texas with the intention of selling it online. Mycah Keyona Wade, 22, was arrested on July 16, nearly two weeks after a couple reported that their dachshund, RJ, was stolen from the front yard of their home. Wade and her boyfriend had been dropping off packages for Amazon when they allegedly stole the pup. Investigators later found the beloved pet on Craigslist for $100. RJ was safely reunited to its humans a day later, while the alleged thief was arrested and charged. “This does not reflect the high standards we have for delivery service partners," Amazon said in a statement. "We’re glad the customer has been reunited with their pet, and we have been in touch with them to make it right.”
