A man is accused of slashing the neck of popular Instagrammer, Bianca Devins and posting photos of her body on social media. Police believe Brandon Clark, 21, shared the images with a caption "I'm sorry Bianca," before posting suicidal messages on his own social media. Clark was found by officers in a car at Utica, New York on Sunday and as they approached he reportedly cut his own neck. Devin's body was found outside the car, according to Huffington Post. Police confirmed to the publication the pair got into a fight at a concert the night before. Clark is expected to live.
