Man Burnt With Methylated Spirits In Critical Condition In Hospital
A man has been rushed to hospital after he was burnt with methylated spirits in Sydney's west.
Three ambulance crews arrived at an address on Bransfield Street in Tregear on Tuesday night, a NSW Ambulance spokesman told 10 daily.
The man was said to have been burnt after coming into contact with the flammable liquid. He has been taken to Concord Hospital in a critical condition.
The nature of his injuries and the circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this stage.
Ambulance responded to reports of methylated spirits being thrown at the man.
NSW Police and Fire & Rescue NSW were unable to immediately comment on the incident.
