The moment David Chislton, 42, turns to his attorney and punches him in the face was caught on camera. Chislton was apprehended by police in the courtroom and pinned to the ground. The outburst occurred after he received nearly 50 years behind bars after pistol-whipping his girlfriend and setting his apartment complex on fire in 2017.
