Teenager Injured While Burning HSC Study Notes
A teenager has been flown to hospital with multiple burns after setting fire to piles of HSC study notes.
The 18-year-old was understood to be engaging in the post-exam ritual on a semi-rural property in Arcadia, north-west of Sydney, on Thursday morning.
A Careflight helicopter was tasked to the property where paramedics treated the teen who suffered multiple burns to his upper and lower body.
He was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a stable condition.
Students in NSW received their HSC results about 6am on Thursday.
