Trapped Crane Driver Rescued After Machinery Tips Over
A crane driver had a lucky escape after his machinery fell onto power lines in Sydney's south west.
Emergency crews were called to a property on Julie Avenue at Clemton Park about 9am on Monday.
According to NSW Fire and Rescue, the crane fell onto its side, taking down power lines and trapping the driver inside the cabin.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman told 10 daily he has since been rescued and loaded into an ambulance with minor injuries.
SafeWork has been notified of the incident and power in the area has been disconnected.
