The disgraced MP will leave before parliament resumes next month.
NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced embattled Wagga Wagga MP Daryl Maguire will resign from parliament after his involvement in a corruption scandal.

Berejiklian told media on Saturday afternoon that the disgraced Liberal MP would resign before state parliament resumes next month.
Maguire recently quit the Liberal Party and his role as parliamentary secretary after an Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) inquiry heard covert recordings of him talking with former Canterbury City councillor Michael Hawatt about potential commissions linked to Chinese-backed property deals.
The corruption watchdog is looking into claims of improper conduct by Hawatt and fellow former Canterbury councillor Michael Pierre.
In the wake of the explosive revelations, Maguire stepped down from his role as parliamentary secretary for counter terrorism, corrections and veterans but had said he would stay on as an MP.
