Met Gala 2018 Red Carpet Fashion: The Stars, The Style, The Stories
Donatella Versace swept in looking regal. Amal Clooney too. And Rita Ora was all that and more. The trio was just some of the world's biggest names gliding up the red carpet at the Annual Costume Institute Gala held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC on Monday May 7, 2018.
This year's theme, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination, was well represented with guests opting for couture gowns that heavily referenced religion - think angels, over-sized crosses, gold gilt details and gold and silver galore. Interestingly, there's also been plenty of red making this event one of the most glorious, at least style wise, in recent times.
