You Can Breathe A Sigh Of Relief As Urban Decay Bring Back Their Naked Palette
From next Monday you can get your new -- reloaded -- Naked Palette. Form an orderly queue.
Set your alarms because, yes, it's official. Urban Decay is bringing back the Naked Palette, this time RELOADED to be better than ever.
If you were a fan of the original Naked palette, you would have been devastated last year when the brand discontinued the iconic array of perfect eye colours, saying at the time, "It’s a little painful to leave your past behind, but it’s also essential to always evolve. I will forever miss Naked, but we plan to turn the grief into even more greatness."
Excuse us while we wipe away the tears at the memory.
But now a ray of light comes with the news that -- as of next week -- you will be able to buy the new, improved Naked Reloaded palette.
Cue choir of perfectly made-up angels.
The brand says: "I know your taste in your go-to shades have changed (so have mine) so we decided to give NAKED a major glo-up" and a major glo-up it is indeed.
The palette includes 12 shades of neutrals, a combination of mattes, satins, subtle shimmers, and a couple of glittery shades. The new mix also includes four everyday shadows designed with extra-large pans: Bribe, an ivory matte; Barely Baked, a soft, gold metallic; Boundaries, a gorgeous terracotta; and Blur, a light matte in tan.
There is also a host of lovely new shades to plaster on your peepers. Like Distilled, a bronze metallic; Retro, a bright peach; Angel Fire, a rose-gold shimmer and Dreamweaver, a cool brown with added sparkle.
The brand says that they have designed the new palette to be inclusive, too. "We created Naked Reloaded to look good on everyone," states a press release for Naked Reloaded. "These truly universal shades are made for any age, skin tone, and gender."
