Miley Cyrus Was Married In A Made-To-Order Vivienne Westwood Gown That Cost $12K
The singer tied the knot with her actor beau in a stunning ivory off-the-shoulder creation by the Brit designer.
The long-time celeb couple surprised literally everyone by finally tying the knot in a private ceremony at their Tennessee home on December 23.
Cyrus later posted several pics of her and her new hubby hugging it out on social media, but they were in dreamy black and white which is cute and all but it meant we didn't get a good idea of what The Dress looked like.
Thanks to the Hannah Montanna star's mum Tish, we now have our first proper look at the gown -- by British designer Vivienne Westwood -- in full glorious colour and it is divine.
In pics shared by mama Cyrus on Instagram on Friday, the 26-year-old bride is seen posing in her stunning off-the-shoulder ivory silk dress.
The Long Cocotte Dress is part of Westwood's made-to-order bridal collection and retails for about $12,200.
It has a corseted bodice and a nipped in waist, with a lovely draped skirt that is just long enough to trail along the ground. It's pretty darn perfect for a wedding, in other words.
The newlywed kept the rest of her bridal lewk rather low-key, opting for barely-there makeup and loose, bouncy Hollywood curls.
Her husband wore a slick black suit and tie but kept things casual with a pair of white sneakers.
The remainder of the Cyrus/Hemsworth clan were more casual still, with Tish, dad Billy-Ray and sister Noah all in black tops and jeans. Noah even sported a black beanie.
At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter what the bride, groom or wedding guests wear. It's all about one thing and that's love, and Miley and Liam clearly have it in spades.
