New Iced VoVo And Mint Slice Flavoured Milk Is Here To Divide The Country
True blue Aussie brands Dairy Farmers and Arnott’s have joined forces to deliver Iced VoVo and Mint Slice flavoured milk.
The limited-edition series of unique bikkie-inspired delights is already causing controversy online by pitting Aussie's well-developed culinary tastes against each other.
A poll by Facebook page Meanwhile In Australia is asking users to put their necks -- or in this case, stomachs -- on the line and vote for their favourite flavour.
According to an Arnott's spokesperson, the ~divisive~ new drinks will pop up in convenience stores and IGAs over the next two weeks with a May 20 drop date for Coles and Woolies nationally -- but by the looks of things a few stores may have received their delivery early.
At the time of publishing Mint Slice had the lead with 73 percent of votes and lots of positive comments.
But really, 'Straya, we all know that mixing mint and chocolate is a sin, right? Right??
There was some love for VoVo ...
And then there's this highly ~unAustralian~ comment:
According to an Arnott's spokesperson, the ~divisive~ new drinks will be dropping into stores in April however by the looks of things a few stores may have received their delivery early.
All the better for us and our judgy palates, we say.
Whether you're #teamVoVo or #teamMintSlice, we can all agree that the act of dipping a biscuit into a flavoured milk inspired by said biscuit is one of the greatest self-referential acts of all time.
It's like Inception, but with snacks. Snackception, if you will.
