Inside Guy And Jules Sebastian's Newly Renovated $3.1 Million Home

A spiral staircase, polished concrete, and the perfect place for a private concert -- Jules and Guy Sebastian's home is all kinds of fabulous.

The much-loved husband and wife duo have been drip-feeding fans little glimpses inside their Sydney home, leaving us all asking one question -- when can we move in?

The stunning residence is located in beachy Sydney suburb Maroubra, and is reported to have cost the couple $3.1 million when they bought it back in 2013. The knockdown rebuild was no mean feat, and the couple have created a bespoke home perfect for their little family.

They've been renovating for years now and only moved a couple of months ago with their two young sons, Hudson and Archie.

Since settling in, both Jules and Guy have taken to Instagram to allow us a look inside in their private home. And just one quick peak is enough to convince us they're Australia's King and Queen of interior design.

The design harmoniously balances grand features like a spiral staircase with more minimalist details, like a monochromatic colour palette.

As a four-time ARIA award winning musician, songwriting is clearly a huge focus for Guy. So it's little surprise his family home includes one of the most serene music rooms we've ever seen.

The glossy black grand piano rests right beside their enormous floor-to-ceiling windows and looks out over the pool.

According to Jules, creating a space with as much natural light as possible was something she was very passionate about.

"After renting a few dark homes during the time of the build, I began to realise that a lack of light was affecting my mood. Since moving into our house, raising the blinds and letting that light in, the vibe is lighter, brighter and lifts my spirits," the fashion stylist wrote on Instagram.

The his and her sinks in the bathroom are a huge hit with the pair's followers. The double vanity with gold taps and texturised splashback looks like it was plucked straight out of a luxury magazine.

The dining room is one of the most dynamic rooms in the house. The pared-back wooden table and grey chairs are dressed right up with the striking wallpaper. The macro-floral print features every colour under the sun and adds gorgeous dimension to the room.

Not to be outdone, the house's exterior is just as breathtaking.

Jules is clearly very chuffed with her pool, writing on Instagram: "Growing up we didn’t have a pool at home, I was always scheming my way into play dates with friends who did! We absolutely LOVE having this tub at home for endless days in the water with the kids."

The overriding trend for the home's exterior is geometric shapes and accentuated corners. Lights trace the seating nook between the windows, and sharp edges are a big focal point for the outside walls.

With hard work, great taste, and what looks to be fair wad of cash, Jules and Guy Sebastian have crafted a jaw-dropping family home.

Now what to we have to do to score an invite?
