'The Bachelor' Star Snezana On How Charlie's Birth Was Different To Her First Two

Six weeks after welcoming Charlie Lane with partner Sam Wood, Snez has reflected on all three of her pregnancies.

Speaking to 10 daily, Snez said the birth of her third daughter in July was a different experience compared to her previous pregnancies.

"For the first time I had an epidural so it was very different," she said.

"It was quite fast and I no complications. It was a relatively pain-free birth and a healthy baby is all you ask for."

Snez -- who's also mum to one-year-old Willow, and Eve, 13 -- has only just returned to the gym following Charlie's birth and is focusing on gently easing herself back into her usual routine.

"I think it’s really important you let your body recover after having a baby," she said. "I have literally just started to do some gentle exercises with the 28 by Sam Wood post natal workouts."

Prior to that, I think chasing after a 22-month-old is a great form of cardio!

Yet while Snez said having a healthy pregnancy has helped her body recover after birth, she's in no rush to get to her post-baby self.

"We live a healthy lifestyle at home but I am not being too hard on myself or my body, our focus is on our three girls and I am very content with that," she told 10 daily.

Snez and her husband Sam Wood -- who fell in love on 'The Bachelor' -- took a trip back to the mansion on Wednesday night's episode to pay current Bachelor Matt Agnew a visit.

"We got a little nostalgic being back actually, seeing so many familiar faces and all those amazing memories flooding back," Sam said, adding that his biggest piece of advice for Matt is to follow his heart.

"It's so cheesy but for me, I just knew, and it's been the best thing that ever happened to me," Sam told 10 daily.

Snez said her biggest piece of advice to the girls would be to focus on their own relationship with Matt and not everyone else's, explaining that the time after the show wraps up is also crucial.

"Try and spend as much time with each other and your closest friends and family and not get too caught up in the circus," she added.

The pair said there's something quite special about going through 'The Bachelor' experience together and that they're grateful it led them to where they are now: a happy family of five.

'The Bachelor' airs Wednesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm, only on 10, 10 Play and WIN Networks.
