Jennifer Lopez's Daughter Made An Epic Cameo Appearance On The Super Bowl Stage
Musical talent clearly runs in the family.
Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's Halftime Show at the Super Bowl has been highly anticipated.
But while many of us couldn't wait to see the pair bring their epic dance moves along with the popular songs to the stage, there was an unexpected addition to the performance.
Jennifer Lopez was joined by her daughter Emme Maribel, 11, on stage and boy, she clearly got her vocal chords from her famous parents.
Emme sang her mum's hit song 'Let's Get Loud' by her side, while Shakira showcased her wide variety of talents on the drums.
It was a powerful moment as the stage transformed into the shape of a Venus symbol, representing women, as Shakira approached Emme to sing the line "Ain't nobody gotta tell ya what you gotta do."
It was previously reported by Page Six that Emme would be appearing on stage, with a source telling the publication: “She will be performing on stage as the symbol of the American dream.”
However the news was not officially confirmed until she appeared on stage.
Yet Lopez had been taking her twins, who she co-parents with ex-husband Marc Anthony, to her rehearsals with her, sharing photos of them on her Instagram.
“Break from rehearsal for homework and snuggle time,” Lopez said in January along with a photo of her in bed with her twins.
Lopez had also been taking her fiancé Alex Rodriguez’s children Natasha and Ella with her backstage.
Fans went wild on Twitter for Emme, whose twin brother Maxamillian did not appear on stage.
So no matter the final outcome, it's safe to say Emme was the real winner of the Super Bowl.
