Dancing With The Stars 2020: Celia Pacquola's Grand Final Promise

It may only be week three but for one of the stars, her sights are set on the final.

Following her third performance, a striking Samba to Destiny's Child's "Independent Woman", a thriving Celia announced that she's made a vow... if she gets to the grand final.

Okay so we know every celeb returns for the final, but Celia means if she makes it all the way to compete as one of the final stars... she'll do the splits.

"Well, I'm just attempting to do the splits because I'm a 37-year-old woman who's never done the splits and I thought it would be funny to tell people that I could," Celia explained to Grant following her dance.

"Turns out... it's quite hard!" the Rosehaven star added.

Dancing With The Stars 2020: The Celebs Bring Their Most Memorable Moments To Life On The Dance Floor

This week on Dancing With The Stars, the celebrities were tasked with turning some of their most precious and painful memories into dance.

Defiantly saying she was "going to do it", Celia added that so far in terms of making progress, she's at the stage of having legs. And that's about as far as things have gotten.

Despite not quite electrifying the judges as much as she did with her striking foxtrot last week, Celia still received 16 from the judges.

Dancing in honour of her mum, Celia also pointed out guests from her chosen charity, Safe Steps Family Violence Response Centre.

"I just really wanted to be here for this song, which is all about empowerment because every woman deserves to be safe and be in charge of their own body and their own life," she said.

We can't wait to see what else Celia has in store... especially if she pulls through with her promise.

Dancing With The Stars airs Sundays at 7.30 on 10 and 10 Play.
