I'm A Celebrity 2020: Cosentino Has Spooked The Camp With An Astonishing Magic Trick
The camp's resident magician has left the celebs completely gobsmacked after showing off his "superhuman" powers.
The stunning illusion came about after Cosentino discovered that chippie Tom Williams is a firm believer in the legitimacy of mediums like John Edwards -- a group of people that Cos has his suspicions about.
"I do believe that there is something that happens after life but I believe that many of them [mediums] are fraudulent," Cos said.
Tom insisted that he's had "too many experiences" himself with spookily accurate psychics to not believe that it's possible to converse with the dead.
"Only because they've said stuff to me which has happened -- I believe in energy," he said.
After staring at Tom with a quizzical look, probably wondering how badly Williams has been swindled over the years, Cos decided to make a point using MAGIC.
"What I might do is just pull a little trick out based on telekinesis, which is the ability to move objects with your mind and let's see what Tom thinks when he sees me demonstrate that," said Cos.
"Maybe he'll be my minion after he sees my power," the illusionist said, thinking about how he could use his skill set to his best advantage.
After grabbing Myf's dirty glasses from the audience, Cos did his best Matilda Wormwood impression and began to make the frames wobble on the ground before willing them to do an Olympics-worthy gymnastics backflip.
"How are you doing that? That's crazy!" Charlotte said right before the big showstopper."Cos is not just a magician, he has got to be some kind of superhuman space alien cowboy sent from Mars," Charlotte later added, clearly still in awe of the trick.
So, instead of making a point to Tom that mediums might just be illusionists like him who have a few tricks of the trade up their sleeves, Cos managed to convince the entire camp that he's a witch.
"I was standing two metres away from it and I'm like, 'whoa, whoa, whoa'," said Tom, definitely ready to put on a Minion apron and serve Cos for the rest of the show.
"I believe he was moving them [the glasses] with his mind, how else could he be moving them?" poor, sweet innocent Tom said, adding that being in the middle of the jungle away from a stage meant it was definitely legit.
It's a sentiment the entire camp seemed to share after witnessing the stunning ~magic~ but we could see from the sparkle in her eye that showbiz gal Rhonda Burchmore knew exactly what was going on.
