'One Of The Hardest Things I've Ever Done': Wendell Sailor Revealed As The Masked Singer’s Rhino

Rugby legend Wendell Sailor has become the fourth contestant on ‘The Masked Singer’ to be eliminated, after stepping out from inside the Rhino costume.

Rhino took us back to the 2007 club scene with a rendition of Flo Rida’s “Low” complete with a DJ and a posse of break dancers -- belting out a banger that got everyone bopping.

But the groovy rhinoceros landed himself in the bottom two with Dragon before the judges made their final guesses about who was really behind the mask.

While guest panellist Nazeem Hussain guessed Anthony Mundine and Dannii picked Brendan Fevola -- it was the team bloc of Jackie, Lindsay and Hughesy who were on the money.

“Can you believe that? It’s Wendell Sailor!” Osher announced as Rhino removed his enormous mask.

The legendary sportsman who's played more than 50 games for Australia across two separate codes said 'The Masked Singer' was much more tricky than any match he's been part of.

"That was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done," he said, adding that it was "just out of your comfort zone".

"Like I’d rather play an Origin or a Bledisloe or grand final," he said.

"And also, I get claustrophobic so this is more terrifying, coming out here having to perform, learning the song, learning to dance, obviously the crowd."

Wendell told 10 daily that his 'Masked Singer' highlight was being able to "perform on stage under pressure" and also that he was able to "get through the first round of a reality program".

We're just glad we finally realised that birthday party clue was actually a SAIL-ing boat for Wendell SAILOR and not "boat cake" as we had written down in our notes.
