'I've Sacrificed A Lot': Luke Toki Tears Up Talking About His Family

Luke Toki has opened up about the reason he's laser-focused on reaching the number one spot this season of 'Australian Survivor'.

The father of three has made it to the final six along with Abbey, Baden, Harry, Janine, and Pia and explained that his every move in the game has been geared towards bringing home the $500,000 prize to his young family.

"I've sacrificed a lot to be out here this time," he explained, adding that his daughter was just six weeks old when he left for Fiji.

"She's been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis, so it was worst-case scenario for me, leaving," he added.

"I'm definitely here for the money because obviously, the money will help my family -- every move I make in this game is super critical," he said.

It's not the first time Luke has opened up about his family, tearing up during the Champions reward that saw everyone's achievements printed on their own 'Survivor' newspaper. The King Of The Jungle's children, Lennox, Nate and baby Madeline were featured prominently with the mocked up publication celebrating Luke's role as a dad.

Luke explained during tonight's episode that he "could actually, potentially, maybe win" the whole competition.

"Imagine that? 2019! Luke Toki Sole Survivor. Who doesn't want to see a happy ending?"
