'Australian Survivor': There Is Nothing Purer Than The Love Between John And A Succulent Chicken Parma
We've come to know a lot about the loves of the mullet-sporting underground gold miner and Australian heartthrob, John Eastoe.
He's made it more than clear that as well as mullets, neck oils (aka a cold and frosty beer) and four-bean mix, he's passionate about a good Mexican chicken parmigiana -- a meal found at all good RSL clubs and pubs around the country.
"Everyone probably knows by now I love me Mexican parmas for dinner," he smiled.
John has been so desperately craving a chicken parma, he went so far as describing every tender detail of the meal to his Champions tribe mates, in a soothing sort of voice one night.
"John, can you describe to me as slowly and seductively as you can, the ingredients of a Mexican parma?" requested Shaun one night.
"Succulent crumbed chicken breast, cooked to perfection and topped with ham and cheese, hot and spicy jalapenos," he whispered as Daisy and Shaun burst out laughing.
"Sour cream and cheese with guacamole on top, I'm sweating," he announced in a VERY sultry manner.
"With a side of chips crispier than you've ever had before," he growled.
It all seemed like an unattainable fantasy for our hungry Survivors until Jonathan LaPaglia unveiled the feast they were in the running for at the next reward challenge.
A CHICKEN PARMA WITH CHIPS AND ICE COLD BEER.
Trying to get a whiff of his favourite meal, his tribemates had to remind him to "breathe Johnny" before they set out on the insanely difficult water-based challenge.
It was John who tipped his team over the line and claimed victory, which honestly, we just can't imagine what would have happened if he'd missed out on the chicken reward.
After finally tucking into his dream feast, John declared that it might just be "the best day of his life".
All we're saying is, find yourself someone who looks at you the way John gazes upon a succulent chicken parmigiana -- true love indeed.
