Survivor Australia 2019: The Season's Unexpected Sex Symbol Gets It All Out

It's still early days on 'Australian Survivor: Champions vs Contenders' but gold miner John is already stealing hearts.

On Sunday night John took things to new heights, showing off his whole kit as he dashed across the beach in order to "let the kids loose" as he so beautifully put it.

And we get it, personal hygiene is important and, as our survivors are quickly learning, difficult to maintain while sleeping on the beach.

Despite it being a clear sunny morning on the Contender's side of the beach, there was definitely a full moon out.

"Waking up on day six we're hungry, we're starvin', and let's be honest, the tribe smells," John said.

"When you're rolling around in the sand and the mud all the time you gotta keep clean," he continued. "Best way to do that is to just strip off."

It's just another chapter in John's 'Survivor' story, one which has also seen him emerge as the unlikeliest of sex symbols this season. Sporting maybe the most impressive mullet in recent TV history as well as a luscious moustache to match, John has been an absolute beast in challenges -- and has been stealing hearts along the way.

It looks like a diet of a four bean mix does the body good. Even alongside some stone-cold hotties like retired AFL player Shaun Hampson, international model David Genant, even fan fave Luke Toki didn't stand a chance up against the blindingly white buttock and overwhelming charm of John sprinting up the beach starkers.

All we're sayin' is...

Australian Survivor: Champions V Contenders' airs Sunday - Tuesday at 7.30pm, only on 10, 10 Play and WIN Network.
