'Stranger Things' Season 3 Star Maya Hawke Is The Spitting Image Of Her Famous Parents

One of the best new additions to the Netflix fan favourite, Maya Hawke is also the perfect combo of her parents.

It was tough for fans to find out that Steve Harrington (Joe Keery) would be hiding that gorgeous hair of his under his Scoops Ahoy hat in the third season of 'Stranger Things', but there was a silver lining: Steve's co-worker Robin.

Robin, played by Maya Hawke, is the perfect sardonic addition to the 'Stranger Things' crew, rounding out the already iconic pairing of Steve and Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo).

Meanwhile, Maya herself is from Hollywood royalty. The daughter of Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman -- and they couldn't be prouder.

Posting to his Instagram, Ethan wrote an adorably dad-ish caption introducing his daughter to the world: "Ladies & Gentleman, get to know MAYA HAWKE. She’s the real thing."

And folks noticed that Maya has a few similarities to her famous folks, who separated when she was five-years-old.

Not only does she have the look down pat, but she's also starring in 'Stranger Things' alongside Winona Ryder who -- back in 1994 -- stared with Ethan Hawke in 'Reality Bites'.

That little reunion isn't the only connection Maya has to her new castmate. As Ethan also pointed out in his Insta caption, Maya's debut role was in the BBC production of 'Little Women' where she played Jo March -- the same character Winona played in the 1994 movie!

Meanwhile, Maya admitted it was her parents who got her onto the Netflix fan-favourite, telling 'E News', "They were fans of the show even before I was actually, they were like watching, they're like Maya, you have to watch the show. I was like, OK, I'm really busy, but then I watched it."

And thank god she did!

You can see more of Maya in 'Stranger Things' Season 3, now streaming on Netflix.
