Courteney Cox Had A Mini 'Friends' Reunion For Her 55th Birthday
Courteney celebrated her special day alongside both Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow.
Courteney Cox showed fans her 25-year long friendships with 'Friends' co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow is still going strong when she shared a snap of the trio celebrating her 55th birthday with a low-key dinner in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Courtney -- who played Monica in the hugely popular series -- posted the picture to Instagram alongside the caption, "How lucky am I to celebrate my birthday with these two??? I love you girls. So much ♥️."
As a good friend does when one uploads a pic to the 'gram, Kudrow, who played ditzy Phoebe in the sitcom, commented on the snap, "LOVE you girls! Happy happy Court". We're sure Jen would have done the same, however, she doesn't have an Instagram account.
Kudrow also posted a tribute to her pal on her own page, writing alongside a black and white image of herself and Cox, "Just remembering Court, I will ALWAYS be older than you. HAPPY BIRTHDAY lovely Courteney!!"
Cox replied to the snap with, "Only wiser my sweet. Never older. I love you."
The mini-'Friends' reunion comes after whispers that there could be an official reunion of the show in the pipeline, with the series set to celebrate 25 years since the show first aired later this year.
Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show earlier this month, Jen Aniston fuelled rumours further when she asked if there's a chance of the cast members getting together for an official reunion.
"Why not?" Aniston said to the host, adding, "You know what, because, listen, I told you this. I would do it. The girls would do it. And the boys would do it, I’m sure. Listen. Anything could happen."
'Friends' first premiered on September 22, 1994, and ran until to May 6, 2004, lasting 10 seasons.
