Angry 'Game Of Thrones' Fans 'Google-Bombed' The Show's Creators

Some 'Game of Thrones' fans are not happy about the quality of the show's final season.

Furious fans of 'Game of Thrones' have decided to express their disappointment in the show's final season in a less-than-conventional way -- Google bombing.

Anyway, peeved off 'Game Of Thrones' fans within the Reddit channel ‘r/Freefolk’ have used this exact tactic to influence search results so that when looking up the term "bad writers," the TV show’s creators D. B. Weiss and David Benioff will show up as the top results.

It all started after one user -- angry at what they believed to be a declining quality of Game of Thrones' episodes -- created a thread which read: "Bad Writers. Upvote this post so it’s the first result when you google “Bad Writers".

The thread also contained a photo of Weiss and Benioff.

The r/Freefolk Reddit channel is an alternative to Reddit's main 'GoT' community, which generally opposes any spoilers being shared.

The group’s description reads: "We believe people are mature enough to decide for themselves what content to view. NOT A SAFE SPOILER ZONE, NEVER WILL BE".

'Game of Thrones' eighth and final season is currently airing, with the series finale set to air in Australia next Monday, May 20th.
