Dancing With The Stars 2019: 'We Couldn't Stand Another Sad Goodbye'
Our remaining four celebrities have managed to avoid elimination this week.
It was an emotional episode of Dancing With The Stars, with the announcement that Jimmy Rees -- aka Jimmy Sizzle -- was bowing out of the competition.
Rees' seven-week-old son Mack suffered complications after a routine tongue tie procedure just days ago, and was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
"For a minute there, [my wife] Tori and I thought he might not have made it," Rees tearfully said in a clip sent to the show's producers.
Thankfully, his "little trooper" is now doing well, after doctors at a children's hospital saved his life, and Rees is taking time out to focus on his family as Mack recovers.
It was clear that Rees' Dancing family were shaken by the news, sending their love to Jimmy, his wife Tori and their three young kids.
And while it looked like Courtney Act and Jett Kenny were headed for the bottom two dance-off -- Amanda Keller announced a change of plans at the very last minute.
"I can now reveal... that you're all safe and will be back for the Dancing semi-final," Keller told the nervous celebs.
"We've had such an emotional week losing Jimmy, we could not stand another sad goodbye," she said as the remaining contestants embraced in a giant group hug.
"So you're all the semi-finals next week, congratulations," added Keller.
Dancing With The Stars Airs Monday, February 18 at 7:30, only on 10 and WIN Network.
