DWTS 2019: Jimmy Rees Withdraws From Competition Due To Son's Health

Jimmy Rees -- aka Jimmy Giggle -- has decided to withdraw from 'Dancing With The Stars' to spend time with his family after his son's health scare.

He sizzled on the dancefloor week after week, but Jimmy Rees has made the tough decision to exit Dancing With The Stars after his young son faced complications following a medical procedure.

“Jimmy Rees has made the difficult decision to leave Dancing With The Stars. His seven-week-old son, Mack, recently suffered complications during a routine procedure and is in hospital in a stable condition," A Network 10 spokesperson said.

"Understandably, Jimmy has left the competition to be by his son, and wife Tori’s side, during this difficult time.”

Giggle & Hoot host Rees and his wife Tori welcomed twin boys Mack and Vinny into the world in early February -- just weeks before kicking Dancing With The Stars kicked off.

The couple also has a three-year-old son, Lenny.

We wish Jimmy and his family all the best and hope baby Mack has a quick recovery!

Update- This is the latest from Jimmy, who has shared that Mack is "doing very well"

Dancing With The Stars premieres Monday, February 18 at 7:30, only on 10 and WIN Network.
