Lin-Manuel Miranda Is Going To Guest Star On 'Brooklyn Nine-Nine'

All of Lin-Manuel Miranda's dreams have come true.

Because the Hamilton creator will be making a super special cameo appearance on his favourite TV show, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Miranda will play the brother of Amy Santiago (Melissa Fumero) in an episode called 'The Golden Child' which is set to air in the States next month, EW reported.

Miranda is the unofficial celebrity president of the Brooklyn Nine-Nine fan club and personally helped save the show after it was cancelled by FOX last year.

The Mary Poppins star heroically stepped in as a 'Guardian Of The 99' and rallied fans around the world, which led to NBC picking up the sixth season of the comedy.

Miranda's appearance as a member of the Cuban-American Santiago family will be the first time we'll meet one of Amy's seven older brothers -- and the Nine-Nine cast and fans can't bloody wait.

"It's happening Nine Niners. It's finally happening!!!" wrote Fumero on Twitter.

One fan also brought up the *very good* point that Hamilton had previously been mentioned in the Brooklyn Nine-Nine universe -- so it'll be interesting to see if there are any cheeky references to Lin's real identity.

The very special Season 6 episode will air on March 7 in the United States.
