'Tell Me A Story' Renewed For Second Season
The dark take on your fave fairy tales is coming back for a second season.
Mixing up classics like Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel and The Three Little Pigs, Tell Me A Story overhauled the stories we know and love, weaving them into a dark psychological thriller.
Created by Kevin Williamson, the writer behind Scream, The Faculty and the creator of Dawson's Creek, The Vampire Diaries and way, way more, the series starred James Wolk, Billy Magnussen, Dania Ramirez, Danielle Campbell and Kim Cattrall.
"The first season of Tell Me a Story turned conventional fairy tales on their heads, interweaving and modernising three classic stories into a compelling thriller for today’s audiences, in a way only Kevin Williamson can," Julie McNamara, executive VP of Original Content at CBS All Access said.
"We can’t wait to surprise and entertain viewers with a whole new set of tales next season."
As the series plans to be an anthology we don't know which fairy tales the second season will feature, or if any of the cast will return -- but we do know it'll be one thrilling ride.
The news of the series' renewal comes ahead of the season finale -- which is set to air in the US on the 7th of January.
And if you're wanting to catch up before the season ends you're in luck, it's waiting for you at 10 All Access.
