'I'm Not On Drugs': Post Malone Wants Fans To Know He's Doing Just Fine
Fans expressed concern for Post Malone's wellbeing after videos of the singer falling onstage went viral.
As the video gained traction on Twitter, fans became increasingly concerned over Post's behaviour, with one fan insisting "he needs help!", coupled with a clip of Post unsteady on his feet while performing.
Another said likened the star's performance to that of the late Amy Winehouse's prior to her death from alcohol poisoning.
Thankfully, fans can breathe a sigh of relief, 'cos not only did Post himself confirm that he's doing fine, but so did his manager and tour photographer.
“I’m not on drugs and I feel the best I’ve ever f—king felt in my life,” the 24-year-old rapper told concertgoers in Los Angeles on Friday. “And that’s why I can bust my ass for these shows, and f—king fall on the floor, and do all that fun s—t.”
Malone’s manager, Dre London, shared a clip of the moment Post tripped during the show, telling fans: “Thanks for your concerns! I’m sure I would have let you know if something was wrong! Falling while performing ‘I Fall Apart’ guys.”
The singer’s tour photographer Adam DeGross backed-up both Post and his manager's Malone’s sentiments in a social media post, which read:
“No one does drugs, no one is going nuts, everything is all good,” DeGross wrote on Instagram, adding that Malone likely tripped due to grates located onstage.
