Drop Everything Because Fleetwood Mac Is Touring Australia This Year

The rumours were true! Fleetwood Mac is touring Australia this year.

The iconic band responsible for hits including "Landslide" and "Rhiannon" will be visiting Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne in 2019.

It'll be the first time the group has played down under without former guitarist Lindsey Buckingham, who was fired from the group last year.

But the good news is we'll get to see our beloved Neil Finn jam out with Fleetwood Mac in a matter of months.

The Crowded House musician has been touring with the band's current lineup, along with Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers guitarist, Mike Campbell.

“Fleetwood Mac has always been about an amazing collection of songs that are performed with a unique blend of talents," Mick Fleetwood said in a statement.

"We jammed with Mike and Neil and the chemistry really worked and let the band realize that this is the right combination to go forward with in Fleetwood Mac style. We know we have something new, yet it’s got the unmistakable Mac sound,” he added.

Tickets for the shows go on sale next week -- January 25 -- so it's time to start selling all your valued possessions to make sure you'll be front and centre to bop along to "Go Your Own Way".
